On-Ramp Program

You’re new and that can be intimidating We want you to feel comfortable and are confident in your capabilities before coming to class. 

Your first step here is to book a 1-on-1 appointment with our Coach James. 

After completing the first session with James, we will pick two complimentary classes for you to attend. Upon completion of those classes, James will follow up with you about membership and discuss options.

If you’re not completely confident in our abilities to get you to your goals after those three sessions in the gym- no harm, no foul. We appreciate you providing us a chance to win your business.
