New to CrossFit? That’s amazing! We want you to feel comfortable and confident before coming to class. Our On-Ramp Program will teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit along with other movements that are frequently performed in our group class workouts.

Your first step is to book a free No Sweat Intro with Coach Whitney. 

After your No Sweat Intro, you can continue through our On Ramp Program or pick three complimentary classes to attend.
