Our smaller classes and extra coaching ensure that you are getting the proper introduction at whatever fitness level you may be at and that any limitations are properly addressed.

Additionally, you will get an EXTRA one-on-one personalized class with a coach for FREE to develop the technique and foundations of the movements. Our goal is for you to feel 100% comfortable with the program and answer all the questions you have!

Step 1: Claim your FREE Week
Book your first class. Please arrive 15 before class for an introduction to what to expect and answer any questions. Depending on the class structure, we may have an additional coach just to focus on you throughout the class. Remember everyone was a beginner at some point. Also, the entire class knows what you are going through because they experienced it themselves. We understand it may seem intimidating, but don’t worry, everyone is super welcoming and we are here for you!
After class, feel free to hang out so you can ask any questions you may have.

The functional movements we do are universal movements we all do everyday of our lives. Our coaches are experts teaching these movements for individuals with no experience – we teach these movements in a gradual and properly scaled manner. So, stay humble, keep the barbell light, learn new skills, and ask a lot of questions. We practice these movements often and learn something new every time!
