The functional movements we do are universal movements we all do everyday of our lives. Our coaches are experts teaching these movements for individuals with all levels of experience – we teach these movements in a gradual and properly scaled manner. So, stay humble, keep the barbell light, learn new skills, and ask a lot of questions. We practice these movements often and learn something new every time!
